We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated person to provide high quality administrative support to our Administration Department out of our Waite Park office. They must be organized, highly proficient with computer software and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Primary responsibilities of this full-time position will include:
Qualifications:
*Post-secondary education and two years of experience in administration or office support OR a combination of four years experience and/or education.
*Ability to work well in a team setting as well as individually, with very little supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and a high level of clerical office skills.
*Strong organizational skills.
*Must be able to work with and maintain confidential information.
*Basic level IRS Certification for e-filing returns, or ability to obtain.
*Able to identify and relate to the barriers that prevent low-income persons from becoming self-sufficient.
*Bi-lingual (Spanish or Somali) preferred.

Primary responsibilities of this full-time position will include:
- Assist with taking customer calls, providing program-specific information and referrals as needed at agency reception desk.
- Assist with scanning and data entry for programs.
- Assist with set-up and maintenance of client and vendor files.
- Produce program specific data and management reports.
- Schedule appointments for weatherization and home rehab inspections, etc.
- Assist with coordination of special projects utilizing administrative skills, such as agency outreach events.
- Prepare department purchase orders and segregation of duties for finance department as necessary.
- Completing timely, accurate data entry and collection of data necessary for grant reporting
- Provide administrative and customer service support for all family resources and community development programs.
