Paid Time Off & Holidays
Full and part-time Tri-CAP employees receive ten paid holidays, generous PTO accrual, and paid personal days. Work-life balance is incredibly important to us as an employer, and we believe in the necessity of recharge time! Some Tri-CAP positions also offer scheduling flexibility and hybrid work options.
