We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated person to provide high quality administrative support to our Family Resources Department out of our Waite Park office. They must be organized, highly proficient with computer software and able to handle multiple projects at once.  
Primary responsibilities of this full-time position will include:
  1. Assist with taking customer calls, providing program-specific information and referrals as needed.
  2. Assist with scanning and data entry for all family development programs.
  3. Assist with set-up and maintenance of client files.
  4. Enter client data information and produce program specific data and management reports.
  5. Coordinate special projects, and utilize administrative skills to support the completion of projects, such as: developing procedures and processes, collaborating with partner entities and Tri-CAP staff, and monitoring project progress (Project Connect, Outreach Events, etc.).
  6. Assist with updates to program information on the agency website, company SharePoint site, and Microsoft Teams.
  7. Act as technical expert for other department software programs (CAP 60, HMIS, Volgistics, etc.).
  8. Prepare department purchase orders and segregation of duties for finance department as necessary.
  9. Coordinate office supply ordering for department and programs.
  10. Schedule meetings and take minutes as requested.
Wage range is $17.60-$21.12 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, paid personal days, PTO, health/dental/life insurance, employee assistance and 403b retirement savings match. This position is also eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications:
*Post-secondary education and two years of experience in administration or office support OR a combination of four years experience and/or education.
*Ability to work well in a team setting as well as individually, with very little supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and a high level of clerical office skills. Strong organizational skills.
*Must be able to work with and maintain confidential information.
*Basic level IRS Certification for e-filing returns, or ability to obtain.
*Able to identify and relate to the barriers that prevent low-income persons from becoming self-sufficient.
*Bi-lingual (Spanish or Somali) preferred.
